This time of year is the perfect time to be outside. We are right in that sweet spot where it’s not too hot and it’s not too cold. It’s not quite time to come to terms with having to don a swimsuit but just the right time to join your friends at a local festival. With being in the thick of March Madness this time of year also means gatherings around the grill. Here’s what happened when this girl met the grill.
I can not mention the month of March without giving a nod to St. Patrick’s Day. Although I am not sure about the background of this holiday I do know that wearing green is a must, green beer is a “thing”, and some how leprechauns come into play. I don’t participate in the latter two, but I am always sure to wear green on March 17th to ward off pinchers. This year I teamed up with Reese Witherspoon’s brand Draper James to fashion a look perfect for Spring and St. Patrick’s Day.
Being a parent is not a job that you can just take a break from or put on pause. In this post I wanted to give you guys a peek into a date night with Cameron and I offer 3 tips on how to continuously date your Husband.
I love sharing when I hear about cool ideas or new things. Seriously. Whether it’s a new show you have to know about (This Is Us, The Crown) or the fact that you can now order groceries online and schedule to pick them up without even having to get out of the car (walmart.com/grocery) I want to tell EVERYONE…you’re welcome! That being said, I am super excited to share about the gem of a site I found out about for kid’s shoes!
Although Spring is one of my least favorite seasons (due to pollen, allergies, and rain), it is one of my favorites when it comes to fashion. I live for Spring colors and prints after a winter with dark colors and heavy fabrics. We Texas folk are fully embracing Spring 6 weeks early no matter what Puxatony Phil has to say about it. For my Spring debut I wanted something bright and floral that was easy and breezy.
