T-1 day until the Olympics ya’ll! I have to admit, although I am clearly very excited, I am kind of sad that it’s here and soon to be gone for another 4 years. My friends are becoming fans of the Olympics whether they like it or not! I am making them get actively involved for my Olympics opening ceremony party tomorrow by having them dress up in an outfit that represents their country of choice as well as some of them (who really love me) cooking some authentic Brazilian food from recipes that I have given them. Oooooo, this is going to be good and I can’t wait to share the pics from the party on the blog as well as on Insta-Snap (which is what I and everyone else is calling the goodness that is the new Instagram Stories #YAAAAAAAS). If you are like most people you will probably tune in and turn on to the Olympics after it kicks off or when you hear people in the office going on and on about who did what and how fast so-and-so did such-and-such. And that’s ok! Let’s be real, we are all kind of fair weather fans for the Olympics because we only catch up with these athletes every 4 years. But that’s what your girl is for!
