Well, it’s that time again. The time when everything for your man stops on Sunday and no plans can be made because that’s when his team plays. The time when quaint dinners are interrupted because he has to check his phone for fantasy football updates and trades and stuff (if you need to know about fantasy football check out this post where I break it down so that you too can understand). Now that football season is in full swing, I thought I’d kick this season off right with the Top 10 NFL Players Every Girl Should Know. Here is your list to the who’s who for this NFL season and a few little factoids to make you sound interesting when you chime in to your favorite guy’s football discussion with his friends. As reporters were asking him questions, his only comment for the 4 minutes he bothered to give them was “I’m just here so I won’t get fined”. Which…Ok, you are making millions of dollars to run around a couple games a year, you mean to tell me you can answer a few football related questions for 15 minutes?! Sounds pretty bratty to me! Mom had him when she was 15, she was arrested when he was 8 for dealing drugs, stayed in one home after another, but made it to the NFL. I want to root for him so badly because hails from right outside my hometown. HOWEVER he was arrested on a Class A misdemeanor for allegedly striking his birth mother in 2012, so there’s that.[/li]
[li]Why You Need to Know Him: Unfortunately for the Cowboys Dez will be out for 4-6 weeks due to foot surgery. When he returns, see if you can spot him doing his signature “X” move after he scores a touch down. He even made a whole brand for himself around the letter “X”…only in the NFL [/li]

7. Tom Brady

[li]What You Need to Know About Him: Ugh…Deflategate…So the Patriots were playing the Colts and there were some under- inflated balls. Supposedly Tom Brady knew about the balls being under-inflated…blah blah blah. It was a HUGE deal and he got suspended for 4 games but then they took it back and he wasn’t suspended, BLAH!
